PRESQUE ISLE—The University of Maine at Presque Isle will host a special Maine Arts Commission meeting on Friday, Feb. 28 from 3:30 to 5 p.m. in the Alumni Room. The Commission is traveling all over the state to host “Maine Arts Iditarod” meetings, meant to discuss the Commission’s new grant programs for arts organizations, artists, local arts agencies and schools. Dangers of an Article V Convention
