- (030217-1) The Town of Houlton ordains approval of the non-exclusive Land Use License between the Town and Aaron A. and Maria H. Putnam Charitable Trust, to extend the pathway along the river on Riverfront Park from the Highland Avenue bridge downriver to the Putnam property. - (040117-2) Council accepts the bid amount of $77.00 per ton for hot-top asphalt mix from Steelstone Industries of Houlton, Maine.
- (040117-3) Council accepts the bid of $8,456.30 from Fine Line Pavement Striping of Herman, Maine, for hand placed pavement markings throughout the town. (Note: Funds budgeted in 2017 PWD)
- (040117-4) Council accepts the bid of $8,921.17 from Fine Line Pavement Striping of Hermon, Maine, for machine placed pavement markings throughout the town. (Note: Funds budgeted in 2016 PWD)
- (040117-5) Council accepts criminal forfeiture funds in the amount of $9,522 in U.S. currency, from the state of Maine for the Police Department.
