Three Maine college baseball teams are headed to postseason play this week – the UMaine Black Bears, the Husson Eagles and the University of Southern Maine Huskies.
The Black Bears earned a spot in the the America East Conference playoffs on Saturday, needing a sweep of UAlbany and a doubleheader loss by UMass Lowell. Both scenarios happened and the Bears are in the four team tourney.

In Division-III baseball, both Husson and the Univeristy of Southern Maine have earned their conference championships and are headed to the NCAA Regionals. In fact, the Eagles and Huskies will play in the same regional in Hartford, Connecticut.
USM is the top seed while Husson will be the #5 seed.
