CPR/First Aid Course

Shiretown Gaming will be hosting a CPR/First Aid course on July 30 from 9AM-5PM. Register by July 23rd to hold your space for this course. Participants over 12 and under 16 must have an adult participate in the course with them. Children under 12 are not able to participate in this class. This class is provided by Farr & Associates of Danforth, Maine and it starts at 9 am and we anticipate you being done by 5 pm. There will be a break for lunch (included in your class fee) and a few breaks throughout the day. Farr & Associates is a US Federal Contractor and provides private security and training throughout the state of Maine.
Students who successfully complete the course will have a CPR a& First Aid certification through HSI (Health and Safety Institute). You will receive classroom and hands-on training in medical emergency and trauma situations including CPR, tourniquet usage, and more. Narcan training is available for those who have special needs. Please speak with the instructors at the beginning of class and let them know that you have a need.
