International Observe the Moon Night (Fort Fairfield)
On Thursday, October 18, “Join Fort Fairfield Public Library, Aroostook County Astronomy Club, and friends as we celebrate International Observe the Moon Night! Stop by early to this free all-ages event to participate in fun hands-on activities, including yummy Looney Lunar Phases and a virtual tour of the moon.
“Weather permitting, we’ll wind things down with a trip out to the library lawn to observe the moon up close and discuss its remarkable features!
“Worried about bedtime for younger children? No worries! Stop by the library on Thursday, October 18, at 10:30 a.m. for our moon-themed Family Story Time!
