Wreaths Across America is a non-profit organization with a mission statement to Remember, Honor, Teach. Every year in December, WAA, side by side with thousands of communities, participates in wreath laying ceremonies across the globe. This will be the fourth year that Houlton and other Southern Aroostook County Veterans will be honored.
