Last fall, Manuel led his Mt. Ararat HS team to the KVAC conference title by firing a Natanis Golf Club course record 9-under par 63 (Tomahawk Course). He went on to lead the Eagles to the Class A state title for a second straight year and Manuel also won the Individual State Championshp title for the second straight year.
Manuel will play his college golf for UConn in the fall.
