The Big East Conference basketball Player of the Year, Trinity Montigny, has committed to play hoops at Husson University in the fall.
Montigny is a 5-foot-6 guard who led the Ellsworth Eagles to a Class B tournament appearance. She averaged over 17 PPG along with three rebounds, three assists and three steals per game.
Husson women’s basketball head coach Kissy Walker observes, “Trinity has the ability to knock down the outside shot, but can also penetrate to the hoop. She has great hustle and makes things happen.” – Husson Press Release.
Montigny also competes in softball and cross country at Ellsworth HS.
She plans to study biology at Husson.
