Help/FAQ
I’m sold. How do I watch?
There are a number of ways to view 360/VR content. You can start by exploring the devices listed on this page, but the odds are good you already have the ability. If you have a smartphone, the YouTube and Facebook apps will both carry our content in 360.
For a more immersive VR mode, a headset is required.
My stream is choppy/buffering a lot. What gives?
To provide a full 360 degree experience, your home internet connection and WiFi router must be capable of supplying your device with 30+ Megabit per second internet service. You can check your speeds at Speedtest.net to verify.
We suggest Pioneer Broadband FTTH for the best streaming experience.
Why isn’t every event in VR/360?
The requirements for streaming at such high resolutions and bitrates are immense. Most often, we are limited by bandwidth or connection quality from the venue.
We are constantly working with schools and our providers to bring you more, and higher quality, content.
